Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the AI Connect Business website (aiconnectbusiness.com) and any services purchased from us. By using the site or engaging us for a build or partnership, you agree to these terms.

The free audit

Audits are delivered as a written assessment of your current online presence. They are advisory only — no warranty is given that implementing recommendations will produce specific business outcomes. Audits remain your property; you're welcome to use them however you'd like.

Builds + partnerships

When you engage us for a build, we deliver under a separate written quote agreed to before work begins. The quote specifies scope, timeline, pricing, and deliverables. Anything outside that scope is handled by change order.

Monthly partnerships are billed in advance, month to month. You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. Annual prepay (with 2 months free) is non-refundable after the first 14 days.

The redo-or-refund guarantee

If you don't love the initial design direction, we will redo the design once, free. If you still aren't satisfied, we refund 100% of your deposit and part ways amicably. This guarantee applies to the first design round only.

Ownership

Once your build is fully paid and you're on an active monthly partnership, you own the rights to use the design and content on your domain. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing.

If you cancel your monthly partnership, you retain the live site as last hosted by us, but transferring it to another hosting provider is your responsibility. We can provide a code-handoff for a one-time fee ($1,500) that includes the GitHub repository and deployment instructions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for any illegal purpose, to distribute malware or phishing content, to violate intellectual property rights, or to engage in activities that could damage our infrastructure or reputation.

Liability

Our services are provided "as is." We will use reasonable care, but we are not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Potter County, Texas.
